    In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist with an appropriate resolution.

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated separately based on the size, weight, destination, and value of the artwork. A detailed quote will be provided upon request or at the time of purchase.

    • Packaging: All artworks are professionally packed to industry standards. When necessary, we use custom packaging or crating to ensure optimal protection during transit.

    • Insurance: Insurance is strongly recommended for all shipments. We are happy to arrange coverage on your behalf, or you may provide your own. Please note that The Scion Project is not liable for loss or damage incurred during transit if the shipment is not insured.

    • International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
